What To Expect:

  1. The Registered Nurse (RN) will arrive to your location.
  2. RN will explain the procedure and what to expect. You can ask any questions you may have and then you will sign consent forms prior to receiving treatment.
  3. RN will set up equipment and will take your vital signs.
  4. An IV catheter will be inserted into your vein, and the infusion will begin! Length of infusion varies from 30-45 min and can be adjusted to your preference.
  5. RN will monitor you for the entire duration of the infusion.
  6. Once the infusion is complete, the nurse will remove the IV, and your vital signs will be taken before the nurse leaves.

Cancellation Policy

  1. We understand that unexpected events can arise, but to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 4 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
  2. If you cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice, a fee of $100 will be charged to your card. This policy ensures that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients!

Other Policies

  1. We service all areas within Los Angeles county. If you live outside of Los Angeles county or greater than 20 miles from our central servicing area, a $100 travel fee will be added to your total.
  2. Our hours of operation are 9am-10pm Monday through Sunday. Please contact us if you need services outside of our regular business hours, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
  3. We provide services to adults 18 years and older.
  4. We do not provide treatments to anyone under the influence of drugs. If you have misrepresented yourself and are under the influence of drugs, no services will be rendered. You will be charged $100 for a missed appointment fee.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient that we deem medically unfit for our services.

Please Call Us Before Booking If You Have Any Of The Following Conditions:

  1. Congestive heart failure, cardiac disease, history of heart attack or cardiac surgery
  2. Kidney disease, kidney failure, or if you are a dialysis patient
  3. Severe electrolyte imbalance
  4. Hypertension
  5. Pregnant
  6. History of brain surgery or other neurologic disorders
  7. Current chest pain, shortness of breath, leg swelling
  8. Current weakness, dizziness, changes in vision
  9. Any recent surgery
  10. G6PD Deficiency

*The treatments we provide have not been approved by the Food & Drug Administration and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional before using our services. Individual results of our treatments vary.

•To schedule/confirm appointments, provide services, and process payments securely.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is only shared for legitimate business purposes, such as:

•Payment processing through secure third-party providers.

•Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. All sharing excludes mobile opt-in information & consent; opt-in data is never shared with anyone for any purpose.

*You can opt out of receiving texts from us at any time by texting/replying STOP or QUIT to our messages.

SMS Terms & Agreement:

Message & Data Rates May Apply. If you or end users subscribe to/utilize any SMS or text messaging features offered by Ahoy Telecom, you acknowledge and agree that standard message/data rates may apply for any text messages sent/received by you or your end users. You further agree to notify your end users that they may be subject to message and data rates charged by their wireless carrier depending on their personal plan.

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations: At InfuseWell, we agree to use any SMS or text messaging features in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing laws, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and any applicable industry guidelines (e.g., CTIA short code compliance). We warrant that we have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from end users to receive text messages, including marketing or promotional messages where applicable.

The Campaign Registry: If we send commercial, marketing, or other forms of Application-to-Person (A2P) messages requiring registration under The Campaign Registry (TCR) or any similar body, we agree that we are solely responsible for ensuring compliance, including but not limited to registering our campaigns, complying with throughput requirements, and adhering to content and opt-out requirements as mandated. We acknowledge that non-compliance may result in service suspension, additional fees or surcharges, or termination of our SMS or text messaging capabilities at Ahoy Telecom’s sole discretion.

Opt-Out and Help Requirements: All SMS or text messaging campaigns must include clear and conspicuous opt-out instructions (e.g., “Reply STOP to cancel”) and a mechanism for end users to receive help or additional information (e.g., “Reply HELP for help”). We are responsible for honoring any opt-out requests we receive immediately and ensuring no further messages are sent to any number that has opted out.

Prohibited Content: We agree not to use any SMS or text messaging features to distribute any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content. Ahoy Telecom reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services that violate these provisions.
